Scanning & Editing Digital Images for beginners course on 29/7/17

Dubbo & District Family History Group is pleased to offer a scanning and photo editing course.  The presenter is Danny O’Neill, who organises Education & Events for the Heraldry & Genealogy Society of Canberra.  Danny will show how you can make better scans of your precious images, and demonstrate how to edit those images using Lightroom.  He will cover how to organise, edit, enhance and catalogue your image files and scans for different uses.  You only need one copy of your image for multiple uses with Lightroom.  Check out our flyer (click on) ScanEditFlyer for more information on Lightroom.

This informative session will be held on Saturday 29th July 2017 from 10am to 1pm.  For the small sum of $20 for members and $30 for non-members you can be part of his course to be held at the Community Arts Centre, where our Family History Rooms are based. Numbers will be limited so you will need to register and pay as soon as possible.  The cost includes morning tea and the chance to speak to Danny.  You will need to complete the Registration Form (click on) Registration form.pdf and return it with your payment  Why not download the form, scan and email back, and make your payment online.  For further information on this course you can contact Robyn Allan on 0477 127700 or Linda Barnes on 6887 8284.
